Union Pacific No. 119 was a 4-4-0 American type steam locomotive made famous for meeting the Central Pacific Railroad's Jupiter at Promontory Summit, Utah, during the Golden Spike ceremony commemorating the completion of the first transcontinental railroad in 1869. The 119 continued as a freight locomotive, being renumbered as the 343. In 1903 it was scrapped for $ 1,000. This spectacular model of the engine No. 119 along with Jupiter complete a model railway locomotive famous couple.
